Delivery
Most orders from the EU are dispatched from our warehouse in Ukraine.
Delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the tariffs of Ukrposhta.

Delivery times vary depending on where you are located. Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If you place an order on a Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday at the earliest. 

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 6 - 14 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the parcel will not encounter network delays.

We provide all European customers with the same shipping price, regardless of the final destination.

All customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these costs and unfortunately cannot predict them.

After the order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with delivery information.

Payment
Through the international payment service Fondy.
All modern payment methods will be available to you, including bank cards of Visa and Mastercard payment systems, Apple Pay and Google Pay e-wallets.
